This merger brings together CannCare UK’s advocacy, patient support, and policy focus with CBPM.Community’s digital platform and community-driven approach. The goal is simple: to create a single, stronger hub for patients, advocates, and professionals across the UK medical cannabis space.
What this means:
One Community, One Platform – All CannCare resources and services will now be accessible through CBPM.Community.
- Enhanced Support & Advocacy – By combining our strengths, we’ll be able to scale up patient support, expand community education, and strengthen advocacy at every level.
- Secure New Accounts – For privacy and compliance, historic CannCare account data has not been moved over. Members are invited to register fresh accounts directly on CBPM.Community.
This is the next chapter in our shared mission — ensuring safe access, stronger advocacy, and a united voice for medical cannabis patients in the UK.
